Childspree is the West Valley Mavericks Foundation's annual back-to-school shopping event, held in partnership with Mercy House and Kohl's to support local children and families throughout Arizona's West Valley. Serving 200 students across two locations, children are paired with volunteers and community members for a personalized shopping experience where they select their own back-to-school clothing and essentials. Kohl's employees generously donate their time by coming in early to help make the event a success. Childspree brings together local businesses, volunteers, and community partners to ensure students start the school year feeling confident, prepared, and supported.

Shop With a Cop is a West Valley Mavericks Foundation community program that brings joy to local children and families during the holiday season. In partnership with local law enforcement agencies, children from the West Valley School Districts are paired with police officers for a special shopping experience to purchase Christmas gifts for themselves and their families. Through the generosity of our sponsors, donors, and community partners, this program helps create lasting memories, eases financial burdens for families in need, and fosters positive relationships between youth and the law enforcement officers who serve our community.
